Covid: How we are keeping you safe?

Additional cleaning procedures in place. All towels are sealed until use and washed at 60.

Masks are worn by patient throughout and therapist Oct-Mar in Winter illness season
3.
Appointments are spaced out to allow cleaning
4.
When therapist is unwell all patients affected contacted to choose to postpone if preferred
5.
Payments are contactless where possible.
6.
We ask that all patients if unwell with any cold/flu symptoms postpone for free
7.
Every patient is health checked before attending an appointment for cold/flu/covid symptoms.
CHANGES TO GUIDELINES

We have adapted to suit the changing environment and from 1st April will not require masks to be worn at our Thrapston clinic with them being required when face to face only at Oundle due to lack of ventilation.
